空靈的心

it's been long since i've update. and i do apologize for that. but finally something to post at last. this time it's a school related project.

in my design class, our first project is to take photographs of patterns. patterns from nature and from artificial things. and we have to somehow connect nature and artificial things through the patterns. so therefore, the patterns have to some what match and sorting the pictures into pairs according to the patterns being photographed.

and so, i have taken a few photographs that i'd like to show. it might not be as high quality as expected due to the fact that this is my first time taking pictures like this. but enough blabbering, and off we go!

i've been updating a lot lately...sorry if everything seems a bit..boring. i swear a drawing (full colored one) is coming up very soon! i'm still working on it! so please wait a little longer? 嘿嘿... -_-lll

but today, it's strictly on the upcoming exciting concerts that i want and will most likely go to. please let me know if anyone wants to come along as well. we can have concert trips. =)

October 19, this Friday:
-There is a Japanese Koto Concert called "Simply Sawai". (if you don't know what that is, google it.) It starts @ 7:00 PM @ Soundbridge (Benaroya Hall) <-- i have no idea where that is. it's somewhere near downtown? i don't know. but if anyone is interested, we can all go downtown and stuff. =) it'd be fun. Oh, and free admission. but a $5 donation recommended.

October 21, this Sunday:
-Seattle Philharmonic coming to UW campus @ Meany Hall to perform some pieces by Mozart and Rachmoninoff. $10 Admission for Students. Concert starts @ 3:00 PM. They're only performing my FAVORITE CONCERTO BY RACHMONINOFF IN THE WHOLE WORLD. so yes, i'm definitely going to that. if anyone wants to join, let me know. =)

November:
-There's is this concert somewhere (i think it's Benaroya Hall) for the 12 Girl's Band from China. They're actually pretty famous and heard they're really good like internationally. that's sometime in November. i'll find out more about it later. so stay tune. =)

as for some personal events?, i might go back to taiwan this summer as an exchange student! (excited) but nothing is set yet. it's just a possibility. and then my sophomore year summer, i might go to japan as an exchange student there! once again, nothing is set yet. but w/e i'm excited. hehe.

mah~~~ so school has been well, not quite like the school i'm used to. it's quite nice actually. taking classes that i'm actually interested and considered fun and entertainning. college life has been quite great so far. except maybe that i haven't met as many new people as i've liked and that people on my floor of the dorm isn't very...active? everyone just sorta stays in their own room, well meaning they don't come and say hi to us. haha they probably think about the same thing to us. but w/e.

wow, so i haven't update in quite a while. been slacking off a bit. usually i don't wake up until now but since i have clark now, i have to wake up every day @ like, 7:30---  except for fridays.
